Liz is a 200hrs Certified Yoga Teacher
Liz has been using yoga as a tool for opening up the mind and body for singing and acting since her middle school years. During the longer lockdowns of the pandemic, in the lonelier spaces, Liz revived her love of yoga as a tool for meditation, connection with her mother, and physical therapy for 20 year old injuries that still plague her body from a car accident she had at age 16.
Only recently did she become 200hrs certified, and is now incorporating her yoga practice with a more practical sense into her own vocal technique and pedagogy.
